Shipping policy

Please allow between 2 to 7 business days for production and in general for standard shipping 2 - 6 business days once handed over to local carriers like Australia Post, this may vary depending on your location and is at the discretion of the delivery provider.

Shipping is quoted at checkout by your local shipping provider.

Cult Tee is not liable for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the postal network. Please ensure there is a safe location for the parcel to be left in the event that no one is home on delivery.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbours first. If your package is lost in transit and the tracking status has not updated for more than 14 business days, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange a replacement. 

We are not responsible for packages that are undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. 

Your order is carefully packed and shipped with in Australia by Australia post, once your order leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the courier, the responsibility for its safe and timely delivery shifts to the courier company. Cult Tee does not guarantee delivery dates or timeframes.

Cult Tee is not liable for any issues that may arise during the shipping process, including but not limited to lost packages, or delays. 

We encourage you to first check with your neighbours or family members before contacting us with lost parcel queries, as we find 90% of parcels are found this way. We will assist with any information needed for you to open a lost parcel ticket with Australia Post.

Worldwide Shipping
Where possible items are shipped from the closest fulfilment warehouse to you. If a product is not available at that warehouse it will be sent from the closest available warehouse, this is not determined by Cult Tee and shipping times may vary due to this. You will receive notification once your item  has been shipped. Lost parcels and delays are the responsibility of the shipping agent.
